These terms govern the text messaging (SMS) program operated by LEDI Foundation (“LEDI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

LEDI sends operational text messages — such as scheduling, logistics, and project updates — to contractors and others who have opted in to receive them.

How You Opt In

We only send messages to individuals who have provided consent. Contractors and vendors opt in by completing our intake form, where they provide their mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive operational text messages from LEDI. We keep a record of your consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational needs.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. LEDI does not charge for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opting Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
