LEDI Foundation (“LEDI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the LEDI Center website at ledicenter.com and related programs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to this policy.

SMS / Text Messaging

LEDI uses text messaging to send operational updates (such as scheduling and project information) to contractors and others who have opted in to receive them.

• Consent. We only send text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Contractors and vendors opt in by completing our intake form, where they provide their mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive operational text messages from LEDI. We keep a record of this consent.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on operational needs.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opting out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.

No mobile information is shared. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

Analytics & Cookies

We use the following analytics tools:

• Umami — a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
• Google Analytics — a web analytics service provided by Google that uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and usage patterns.
