LEDI Foundation (“LEDI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the LEDI Center website at ledicenter.com and related programs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address (and any name) you provide.
- Contact form submissions. If you contact us through the website, we collect the name, email address, and any information you include in your message.
- SMS / text messaging. If you opt in to receive text updates (for example, as a contractor working with LEDI), we collect your mobile phone number and records of your consent.
- Website analytics. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and referring pages. See “Analytics & Cookies” below.
How We Use Information
- To send the newsletter, program updates, or other communications you have requested.
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To send operational text messages to contractors and others who have opted in (for example, scheduling and project updates).

SMS / Text Messaging
LEDI uses text messaging to send operational updates (such as scheduling and project information) to contractors and others who have opted in to receive them.
- Consent. We only send text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Contractors and vendors opt in by completing our intake form, where they provide their mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive operational text messages from LEDI. We keep a record of this consent.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on operational needs.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opting out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.

No mobile information is shared. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
Analytics & Cookies
We use the following analytics tools:
- Umami — a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
- Google Analytics — a web analytics service provided by Google that uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address and usage patterns. This information is shared with Google as a service provider. You can learn more in Google’s privacy policy, and you may opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Most browsers let you control or disable cookies through their settings.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website and communications (such as our email, SMS, and analytics providers), and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate operational or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and communications are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
